POST /public/v1/approvals/messages/batch-approve

Approve multiple pending outreach messages in batch. Workspace admins and owners can act on all campaigns in the workspace. Workspace members can only act on their own campaigns.

workspaceId string

Scope to a specific workspace. One of workspaceId or campaignIds is required. Admins and owners see all campaigns; members see only their own.

campaignIds string

Comma-separated campaign IDs to scope the operation to.

confirmAll boolean

Set to true to act on all campaigns in the workspace. Requires workspaceId.

types string

Comma-separated message types to filter by (e.g. CONNECT,INMAIL,FOLLOW_UP,RE_ENGAGEMENT).

search string

Filter by prospect first or last name.

icpFit string

Comma-separated ICP fit values to filter by (e.g. STRONG,GOOD).

prospectInterestLevel string

Comma-separated interest level values to filter by.

ownerId string

Admin/Owner only: scope results to a specific workspace member by their user ID.
