POST /public/v1/inbox/conversations/batch-archive

Archive or unarchive multiple conversations in batch. Workspace admins and owners can scope to all campaigns in a workspace. Workspace members can only act on their own campaigns.

archive boolean required

Set to true to archive conversations, false to unarchive.

workspaceId string

Scope to a specific workspace. One of workspaceId, campaignIds, or confirmAll is required. Admins and owners see all campaigns in the workspace; members see only their own.

campaignIds string

Comma-separated campaign IDs to scope the operation to.

confirmAll boolean

Set to true to act on all campaigns in the workspace. Requires workspaceId. Optionally narrow with campaignIds.

icpFit string

Comma-separated ICP fit values to filter by (e.g. STRONG,GOOD).

prospectInterestLevel string

Comma-separated interest level values to filter by.

ownerId string

Admin/Owner only: scope results to a specific workspace member by their user ID.
