Set up personal or workspace integrations
Workspace admins can now connect HubSpot, API access, and webhooks once for the whole workspace instead of setting them up separately for each person. You can also choose exactly which extra contact fields Valley sends to HubSpot.
Open Integration Settings
Go to Settings > Integrations.
Choose a scope
Each integration now shows two tabs:
Personal β Connects only for your own user account.
Workspace β Connects once for the entire workspace and applies to all teammates and campaigns.
Only admins and owners can configure Workspace-scoped integrations. Regular members see the Personal tab only.
Connect HubSpot for the workspace
Switch to the Workspace tab in the HubSpot section.
Click Connect HubSpot.
Sign in with your HubSpot credentials and authorize Valley.
Choose which extra fields to sync:
Valley LinkedIn URL
Industry
Save the settings.
Connect API access and webhooks
Open API > Workspace or Webhooks > Workspace.
Enter the API key or webhook URL.
Save.
All workspace members will now use the shared connection.
Switch from personal to workspace
If you already have a personal connection, disconnect it first.
Create the new Workspace connection.
Valley will use the workspace connection for all team members going forward.
What stays personal
Individual user preferences, such as notification settings and default workspace, remain personal even when integrations are shared.
Use workspace integrations when the whole team shares one HubSpot instance or one webhook endpoint. Use personal integrations when users need separate credentials or sandboxes.
