Why campaign actions are locked until you upgrade
If your workspace is unpaid or lapsed, Valley blocks campaign launch, Autopilot, and other send actions until the subscription is active again.
What is locked
Self-serve workspaces with an inactive or expired subscription cannot:
Launch new campaigns
Turn on Autopilot
Use any action that initiates outreach
When you try one of these actions, Valley shows an upgrade prompt instead of running the action.
Sales-led workspaces are not affected by this restriction.
How to unlock
Click the upgrade prompt that appears when you try to launch or enable Autopilot.
Select your plan and complete payment.
Return to your campaign and retry the action.
What you can still do while locked
You can still create and edit campaigns, build prospect lists, configure Studio settings, and review analytics. Only sending actions are restricted.
