What to do when your session expires
When your session expires, Valley shows a modal explaining what happened instead of silently logging you out.
What you see
A modal appears with a message that your session has expired. After the modal opens, Valley stops sending additional requests to avoid extra errors.
Recover and sign back in
Click OK on the session timeout modal to close it.
Click the Sign in button or navigate to the login page.
Enter your credentials and sign in again.
Valley returns you to the page you were using.
Why sessions expire
Sessions expire for security reasons after a period of inactivity or when authentication tokens are refreshed. This is normal behavior and does not mean your account has been deactivated.
If you are repeatedly logged out within minutes of signing in, check that your browser is not blocking cookies or that you are not using private browsing mode. Contact support if the issue persists.
Still need help?
If you cannot sign back in after a session timeout, email [email protected] with the time the modal appeared and any error messages you see on the login page.
