Scheduled & Sent Messages
Valley queues messages before sending and tracks them after delivery. The Scheduled and Sent tabs in your Inbox let you see what's coming and what's gone out.
Scheduled Messages
Scheduled messages are queued and waiting to be sent. They've been approved (either by you or by Autopilot) and are waiting for the sending window.
Viewing Scheduled Messages
Go to your Inbox and click the Scheduled tab. You'll see all messages queued for delivery, including:
Prospect name and LinkedIn profile
Message content preview
Campaign name
Scheduled send time
Removing Scheduled Messages
You can remove a message from the queue before it sends:
Go to the Scheduled tab in your Inbox
Find the message you want to remove
Remove it from the queue
This is useful if you realize a prospect isn't a good fit or you want to pause outreach to a specific person.
Sent Messages
Sent messages are your outreach history - everything Valley has delivered on your behalf.
Viewing Sent Messages
Go to your Inbox and click the Sent tab. For each sent message you'll see:
Prospect name and LinkedIn profile
Full message content
Campaign name
Send date and time
Whether the prospect replied
Using Sent Messages
Sent messages are useful for:
Verifying what went out and when
Referencing past conversations before following up
Reviewing message quality across campaigns
Understanding which messaging approaches are getting replies
Tracking Performance
For campaign-level performance metrics, go to Dashboard > Campaigns. Key metrics to track:
Accept Rate - percentage of connection requests accepted (25-40% healthy for warm, 15-30% for cold)
Reply Rate - percentage of messages that got a response (15-30% healthy for warm, 5-15% for cold)
Interested Rate - percentage of replies categorized as interested (~2% average)
LinkedIn messages don't have open or click tracking like email. You can't see if someone opened your message without replying. Focus on reply rate and accept rate as your key performance indicators.
