Set up a Post Engagers warm list
Setting up a Post Engagers warm list is now more resilient and easier to finish. If setup was interrupted, you can resume it without starting over.
Start the setup
Go to Warm Lists and select Post Engagers.
Add the LinkedIn profiles or posts you want to monitor.
Choose the product to associate with this warm list.
Select the sync frequency.
Save the settings.
Resume a partial setup
If you closed the setup or it was interrupted:
Reopen the Post Engagers warm list settings.
Valley shows your existing monitored profiles and partial configuration.
Complete any missing steps and save again.
The first sync now runs as expected after setup completes. If the list stays empty after a reasonable wait, verify that the monitored post URLs are valid and publicly visible.
What to expect after setup
Valley collects people who engaged with the monitored posts.
ICP scoring runs automatically on the collected prospects.
High-fit prospects appear in your warm list for campaign creation.
If the list stays empty
Check that the post URL is correct and the post is still live.
Verify the post has public engagement, not just private reactions.
Wait for the first sync to complete. Depending on volume, this may take some time.
If still empty after several hours, contact [email protected].
Campaign creation from Post Engagers
Once prospects are available, create a campaign directly from the warm list. Post Engager campaigns now launch correctly as AI-messaging campaigns with cleaner writing-style presets from the start.
