Build and save prospect lists in Valley
Valley now has a dedicated Lists area where you can build, upload and save prospect lists. You can also browse saved lists in one place.
Open the Lists page
Click Lists in the main navigation.
Build a list
Building a list uses Valley's search capabilities to find prospects that match your criteria. There are two options:
Valley Basic
Use Valley Basic for quick searches with standard filters.
Valley Deep
Use Valley Deep for more advanced prospect discovery with expanded criteria and deeper research.
Start a build
Make sure you are on the Build tab.
Choose Valley Basic or Valley Deep.
Click the Tell me what I want button in the bottom right corner.
Edit your search criteria and run the search.
Review and tweak the results before saving the list.
Valley Deep is best when you need highly targeted prospects with rich data. Valley Basic works well for broader, faster list building.
Upload a list
Uploading is separate from building. Use this when you already have a file or URL with prospects you want to import directly.
Make sure you are on the Build tab.
Choose an upload source:
CSV upload β Upload a file with LinkedIn profile URLs.
Sales Navigator search β Paste a search URL to import matching prospects.
LinkedIn post β Import people who engaged with a specific post.
Review the preview and confirm the import.
Keep uploads under roughly 2,500 prospects for reliable processing. Narrow your filters if the source returns more.
Save and browse lists
After building or uploading, the list is saved automatically and appears in the Saved lists tree.
Open a saved list to review prospects, check enrichment status, or delete low-fit leads.
Launch a campaign directly from a saved list when you're ready to start outreach.
List behavior and safety
List-based campaigns now launch through a safer Sales Navigator search path with zero per-prospect profile views, reducing LinkedIn account restriction risk.
Do Not Contact checks run automatically when you build from supported sources.
Lists refresh and enrich faster than before.
What replaces older flows
This Lists experience replaces the previous warm-list upload flows. All existing warm lists remain accessible, but new uploads and imports should use the Lists page for clearer loading states and easier management.
