Managing Prospects
Every prospect in a campaign gets an ICP fit score. Use that score to review match quality, clean up low-fit prospects, and understand why a prospect did or did not qualify.
Where to review prospects
Open any campaign to see the prospect table. This view shows each prospect's company, title, message status, and current ICP Fit.
Understanding ICP fit
High ICP Fit
The prospect closely matches the saved ICP for the Product used in that campaign.
Medium ICP Fit
The prospect matches some of the saved ICP, but not enough to rank High.
Low ICP Fit
The prospect conflicts with the saved ICP, hits a disqualifier, or fails a geo hard-gate.
ICP Scoring v2 is stricter and tied directly to the saved ICP in Studio. If your team recently updated an ICP, some campaign scores may shift.
How Valley decides fit
Valley compares each prospect against the Product's saved ICP. It checks geography, company size, role, titles, keywords, and disqualifiers.
If a prospect's country is known and outside the allowed geos, or in an excluded geo, Valley sets the fit to Low immediately. If country is unknown or ambiguous, Valley scores the prospect normally instead of gating on geography.
For scored prospects, Valley stores the overall fit plus a breakdown of company fit, title fit, keyword matches, disqualifiers, and a short justification.
If an ICP is being regenerated or rescored, a prospect may temporarily show REGENERATING.
Delete Low ICP-Fits
After launching an imported list campaign, remove low-fit prospects:
Open the campaign
Open Campaign Actions
Click Delete Low ICP-Fits
Confirm the deletion
Delete Low ICP-Fits is only available for imported list campaigns. Warm list campaigns already route only High-fit prospects by default.
When scores look off
If prospects are landing in Medium or Low unexpectedly, review the saved ICP in Studio first. Narrow geo rules, explicit exclusions, and strong disqualifiers cause the biggest score changes.
To update the Product's saved ICP, see Creating a Product in Studio. For a full scoring breakdown, see ICP Scoring.
