Manage notifications in Valley
Valley now has one place in Settings to manage notifications, connect Slack, choose email recipients, and control who appears in the daily warm-lead stream.
Open Notifications Settings
Go to Settings > Notifications.
Connect Slack
In the Notifications settings, find the Slack section.
Click Connect Slack.
Authorize Valley in your Slack workspace.
After authorization, you are returned to the Notifications settings page.
Toggle notification types
Turn individual notification emails on or off from the same page. Options include:
Daily warm-lead digests
Needs-action alerts
End-of-day and start-of-day summaries
Valley bundles daily notifications into fewer consolidated digest emails instead of sending multiple separate messages.
Add or remove copy recipients
In Notifications settings, locate the Copy Recipients section.
Add an email address to receive copies of notifications.
Remove an address by clicking the delete icon next to it.
Adjust warm lead quality
Use the warm lead quality setting to control which prospects appear in your daily lead stream.
Higher quality thresholds mean fewer leads but stronger fit.
Lower thresholds include more prospects.
Preview your digests
Click the preview option to see a real sample of what your daily digest will look like based on live data across every workspace you are in.
What changed from earlier versions
Previously, some notifications were sent per-workspace or per-warm-list type. Valley now sends one consolidated daily digest per person per day across all workspaces, plus a single Needs Action alert. If you used per-type warm-list emails before, those have been replaced by the unified digest.
If you manage multiple workspaces, your digest includes leads from all of them in one email.
