Team Collaboration Guide
How to work together in Valley across multiple seats and accounts.
Admin View: Managing Multiple Accounts
Admin View is Valley's core team management feature. It lets managers create and manage campaigns for other team members without logging into their LinkedIn accounts.
How It Works
Toggle Admin View on in the left panel
Scroll to the bottom of the dashboard
Click the arrow (>) next to the account you want to manage
You're now viewing that account's campaigns, inbox, and settings
Create campaigns, review messages, and manage outreach from this view
Always enter the correct account through Admin View before creating campaigns. If you create a campaign while viewing the wrong account, the wrong name and profile will be used in outreach.
What Admins Can Do
Create campaigns on behalf of any connected account
Review and approve messages across accounts
Configure Studio settings (products, writing styles, ICPs) for the workspace
Monitor campaign performance across all accounts
Access the Unified Inbox (all accounts' replies in one view)
What Still Requires the Rep
Each rep's LinkedIn account must be connected via the Chrome extension on their machine
Reps handle their own LinkedIn connection/reconnection if it drops
Shared Studio Components
Products, Writing Styles, and ICPs in Studio can be shared across the workspace so all team members use the same configuration.
How Sharing Works
Each Studio component has a sharing setting:
Go to Studio > Products (or Writing Styles or ICPs)
Select a component
Toggle sharing: Personal (only you) or Shared (all workspace members)
Save
Shared items appear in every team member's Studio selection menus when creating campaigns.
Best Practice: Share Your Winners
After running campaigns for 2-4 weeks, identify which Product and Writing Style drove the highest reply rates. Share those across the team and retire personal variants.
The Booking Link Problem
When admins share a Product across the workspace, the booking link in that product is the admin's link - not each rep's. Reps need to:
See the shared Product the admin put in their Studio
Duplicate it
Replace the booking link with their own
Name it "PRODUCT NAME - (Rep Name)"
Save and use their personal copy for campaigns
If reps use the shared Product without duplicating and adding their own booking link, meetings will book on the admin's calendar instead of theirs.
When to Share vs. Keep Personal
Share when: One company, one brand voice, all reps targeting similar personas. Shared components = consistent messaging and cleaner performance data.
Keep personal when: Different reps target different ICPs, experimental writing styles being tested, niche product angles specific to one rep's territory.
Inbox Management for Teams
Unified Inbox (Admin View)
In Admin View, the inbox becomes the Unified Inbox - showing replies across all connected accounts. Filter by:
Account (show only one rep's replies)
Campaign
Category (Interested, Might Be Interested, Not Interested)
SDR to AE Handoffs
When an SDR qualifies a prospect and needs to pass to an AE:
SDR reviews the reply and validates fit
SDR applies the Human Handover tag
Human Handover stops all automation for that prospect
SDR notifies the AE (via Slack, email, or your team's process)
AE takes over the conversation manually
This is a manual process using Valley's built-in tags. There's no automated routing between team members.
Integrations for Team Workflows
HubSpot
Valley writes prospect data to HubSpot (contact creation, interest status, connection status). This is one-way - Valley writes to HubSpot, not the other way around. See the HubSpot integration guide for setup details.
Webhooks for Slack Notifications
Valley doesn't have native Slack integration, but teams commonly build Slack notifications using webhooks:
Go to Settings > Integrations > Webhooks
Create a webhook that triggers on "Prospect Response" or "Interested"
Point it at a Slack webhook URL (via Zapier, Make, or a custom integration)
Your team gets instant Slack alerts when hot replies come in
This is a build-it-yourself integration, not a turnkey feature.
Performance Tracking
Monitor campaign metrics in Dashboard > Campaigns:
Messages sent per account
Reply rate per campaign
Accept rate per campaign
Interested replies
Apply the Meeting Scheduled tag manually when meetings book to track conversions.
Do a weekly team review: which accounts have the highest reply rates? What are top performers doing differently? Are any accounts underperforming? Use this to share winning approaches across the team.
