Admin View & Managing Multiple Accounts
Admin View is Valley's command center for managing multiple connected LinkedIn accounts from a single place. Instead of switching between Chrome profiles, you see all your connected accounts and can enter each one directly.
Perfect For
Agencies managing multiple client accounts
Teams with dedicated SDRs and multiple LinkedIn profiles
Anyone coordinating outreach across multiple accounts
Accessing Admin View
Log into your main Valley account
Toggle on "Admin View" in the left side panel
You'll see a list of all connected LinkedIn accounts in your workspace
Entering a Specific Account
In Admin View, find the account you want to access
Click the arrow (>) next to the account name (all the way to the right - you may need to side scroll depending on screen size)
You'll be taken directly into that account's view
From there, you can view campaigns, manage settings, check inbox, or create new campaigns
Why Admin View Matters for Campaigns
CRITICAL: Always use Admin View to enter a specific account BEFORE creating campaigns for that account.
Here's why: Valley's AI uses the connected LinkedIn account's name and profile info to personalize outreach. If you create campaigns without entering the right account through Admin View first, your name and profile info will bleed into their outreach messages.
For example, if you're managing a client named Sarah and you create a campaign without entering Sarah's account through Admin View, the messages might reference your name, your background, or your company instead of Sarah's. This is the single most common mistake agencies make and it ruins campaigns.
The fix is simple - always click into the specific account via Admin View before doing anything for that account.
Managing Replies Across All Accounts
Admin View lets you see and manage replies from every connected LinkedIn account in one place. Instead of entering each account individually to check their inbox, you can monitor all incoming replies across your entire workspace from Admin View. This is especially useful for agencies where one person is handling response management for multiple client accounts.
Monitoring Campaign Performance
Admin View also gives you visibility into campaign performance across all accounts in a workspace. You can see which accounts are active, how campaigns are performing, and where you need to step in to optimize - without clicking into each account one by one.
Exiting an Account
Look for the "X" button in the top right corner of the workspace
Click it to close that account's context
You'll be returned to Admin View
Best Practices for Agencies and Teams
Organizing Multiple Client Accounts
Create one workspace per client in Valley
Use Admin View to switch between client accounts
Use consistent naming conventions (e.g., "Client Name - Account Name")
Delegating to Team Members
Use Manage Seats to invite team members
Assign each person to the workspaces they need access to
If team members can connect their own LinkedIn, have them follow the "For Your Own LinkedIn Account" steps in the Connecting LinkedIn doc - no need to do it for them
Preventing Name Bleeding
Enter the specific account via Admin View before creating any campaigns
Double-check which account you're in before hitting Create Campaign
If you realize you created a campaign in the wrong account context, delete it and recreate from the correct account
