Understanding workspace access and admin view
Valley now checks workspace data more carefully so people only see what they should. Admins get a broader view through Admin View, while regular users stay within their own workspace and permissions.
Regular member access
Standard workspace members can:
View and manage their own campaigns
See their own inbox and prospect replies
Access shared settings that the admin has enabled
Regular members cannot:
View other members' campaigns or private prospect data
Change workspace-wide integrations or billing
Access Admin View
Admin and owner access
Admins and owners can:
Switch into Admin View to see broader workspace data
Manage team members, billing, and integrations
Create campaigns on behalf of other seats
View aggregated analytics across the workspace
Admin View (Canyon mode)
Click your profile icon.
Select Admin View.
Search for an account and click Enter Account to view or manage it.
Admin View opens a broader context where you can act on behalf of other users. Use it only when necessary.
Restricted fields
Some fields, such as billing details, private notes, and certain integration credentials, are restricted to owners only. Admins may see most workspace data but cannot view or edit owner-only settings.
Leaving Admin View
Click your profile icon.
Select Exit Admin View to return to your normal account context.
Always exit Admin View when you are done managing other accounts. Creating campaigns while in Admin View uses the account you're viewing, which can lead to the wrong sender name on messages.
If access looks wrong
If you believe you should see more or less data than what is displayed:
Check your role in the workspace member list.
Confirm whether you are in Admin View or regular view.
Contact the workspace owner if you think your role needs to be adjusted.
