Valley End-to-End Setup Guide
This guide walks through the full Valley setup path, from account connection to launching campaigns and reviewing replies.
Overview
Valley works best when you define your product, save a clear ICP, turn on warm lists, and launch campaigns that use both Connect and InMail.
Part 1: Connect your account
Log in, create your workspace, and connect the right LinkedIn account through the Chrome extension. If you manage multiple seats, use Admin View before creating campaigns for another user.
Part 2: Set up AI Studio
Create a product in Studio with your company description, value props, pain points, proof points, booking link, and ICP - fully automated using website URL
To build this correctly, start with Creating a Product in Studio.
Create a writing style in Studio - works best by clicking "Generate" and pasting desirable writing samples. Valley will create rules (DOs & DONTs) to mimic this.
Part 3: Launch warm-list campaigns
Set up Profile Viewers, Profile Followers, and Post Engagers. Warm-list campaigns route only High-fit prospects into outreach, so a narrow ICP can reduce campaign volume.
Use Setting Up Profile Viewers and Setting Up Post Engagers for setup details.
When you are ready to launch, open a warm list and click Create High ICP Fit Campaign. In the create campaign window, select both Connect and InMail, then complete these settings:
Campaign Name: Use something descriptive like Post Engagers.
Reach out via: select both.
Product: Select the product you chose during warm list setup.
Writing Style: Select the writing style you configured in Studio.
Outreach language: Select a language.
Autopilot: Turn on autopilot if you want Valley to start sending messages without approval.
Daily Sequence Volume: Keep the default of 25.
Sequence timing: 9am-5pm.
Research Agents: Enable the research agents you want. These pull company info, role details, and recent news for personalization. You can select up to 5 here.
After creation, review Training Mode and click Launch.
Part 4: Launch CSV or SalesNav campaigns
Imported list campaigns use the same saved ICP. After launch, use Delete Low ICP Fits to remove obvious bad fits.
See CSV Uploads Guide and Managing Prospects.
Part 5: What to check if results look off
Low volume usually points to an ICP that is too narrow, a product that is too vague, or a weak signal source. Start by reviewing geography and disqualifier rules because they create the biggest score shifts.
