Set your default workspace
You can now set one workspace as your default. Valley opens it automatically when you log in or enter the app from a general link.
Set a default workspace
Open the workspace menu or switcher in the top navigation.
Find the Home Star icon next to the workspace name.
Click the Home Star to mark that workspace as your default.
The Home Star turns gold when the current workspace is your default.
How it affects login
After you set a default workspace, logging in from the sign-in page or opening Valley from a general entry point lands you in that workspace automatically. Previously, Valley sometimes opened a different workspace based on recent activity or cached state.
Change or remove the default
Open the workspace menu.
Click the Home Star on a different workspace to change your default.
To remove the default entirely, click the gold Home Star again so it turns gray.
If the default workspace is removed
If the workspace you chose as default is deleted or you are removed from it, Valley falls back to your most recently active workspace. You can then set a new default.
Default workspace preference is saved per user, not per device. It applies wherever you log in.
