Workflow Automations
Valley's automation extends beyond sending - every reply is automatically categorized and routed, and you can connect to HubSpot and external tools via webhooks.
Workflow Automations (Autopilot)
Valley’s automation goes beyond sending messages. As prospects engage, Valley automatically triages replies, drafts responses for review, and helps keep conversations moving with follow-ups and re-engagement — so you spend time on the highest-intent prospects first.
Auto-categorization (Reply Triage)
When a prospect replies, Valley classifies the reply into an intent bucket (for example: Interested, Might be interested, Not interested, Out of office) and routes it accordingly so your inbox stays prioritized.
Interested: High intent. These get surfaced first so you can respond quickly.
Might be interested: Neutral or unsure. Worth following up on.
Not interested: Clear “no.” These are sorted out so you don’t waste cycles.
Out of office: Temporarily unavailable. Helpful for timing your next touch.
(If you want, we can add one line here about whether these can be manually overridden in the inbox — I didn’t include it since I’m not 100% sure of the current UX.)
Response Management (Drafts + Approvals)
For higher-intent replies (Interested / Might be interested), Valley drafts a suggested follow-up in your writing style. You review, edit if needed, and approve — you’re not starting from scratch, just quality-checking.
Drafts can incorporate the patterns you use in real outreach (tone, sign-off, punctuation style, booking link, etc.) so responses stay consistent.
Prospect Status Tags
From the inbox, you can apply status tags to keep pipeline outcomes organized, for example:
Booked
Closed
DNC (Do Not Contact)
Nurture
Qualified
Unqualified
Re-engagement (When a Prospect Goes Silent)
If a prospect replied with interest, you responded, and then they went quiet, Valley can automatically send a re-engagement message after a configured delay.
By default, Valley sends two re-engagement messages spaced a few days apart (configurable during campaign setup). Re-engagement works best because Valley can reference the existing thread to write a contextual follow-up rather than a generic bump.
Follow-up Sequences (No Response)
Valley can also orchestrate multi-touch follow-up sequences when prospects don’t respond to the initial outreach, for example:
Initial connection request or InMail
Follow-up 1 (after a few days)
Follow-up 2 (after a few more days)
Each follow-up takes a different angle based on your setup (Writing Style / Product).
SalesNav List Refresh
If your campaign uses a Sales Navigator saved search, you can refresh the list to pull in new results:
Open the campaign
Go to Leads
Click "Refresh List"
This is manual - you click refresh when you want new prospects. Valley doesn't auto-refresh on a schedule.
What’s manual vs automated
Some actions are intentionally manual so you stay in control (for example: refreshing a Sales Navigator saved search to pull in new leads). This page focuses on what Valley automates once outreach is running and prospects start responding.
