Broaden your criteria by removing one or two filters, or relaxing location or company size constraints.
Start a Deep Search run
Deep Search now has a clearer confirmation flow before a run starts, with guidance on criteria, timing, expected results, and Do Not Contact exclusions.
Build your Deep Search
Select Deep Search from the Build lists tab.
Start with a suggested prompt by clicking "Tell me what I want".
Edit the prompt as desired keeping the structure, run the search.
Add search criteria such as title, company size, location, seniority, and industry.
Use 2-5 criteria for the best balance of relevance and volume, do not exceed 5.
Too few criteria returns too many unqualified leads. Too many criteria returns too few results.
Review the confirmation screen
After building criteria, review the confirmation screen.
Check the estimated timing and expected result count.
Review which Sales Navigator filters will be applied.
Turn on Monitoring for Valley to re-run the search regularly and replenish campaigns.
Check exclusions before starting
Click the Do Not Contact preview on the confirmation screen if you want to review excluded people and companies.
Verify that the right companies and individuals are blocked.
Start the run
Click Start to launch the run.
Valley shows a live progress state while researching prospects.
When the run completes, review the results and add qualifying prospects to a campaign.

Make sure you select Product and Writing Style during campaign creation. Person location, seniority, and industry are now preserved when you launch from a Deep Search run.
