What's Included
All plans include: Campaign builder, AI message writing, LinkedIn automation, HubSpot integration, webhooks, and inbox management.
Sales Navigator is included in some 5-seat plans, and all agency plans at no extra cost. For the 1-seat plan, Sales Nav is an optional add-on. Sales Navigator alone costs $800-850/month from LinkedIn directly, making Valley's multi-seat plans exceptional value.
Managed Service is available for $1,000+/month per seat. Includes full setup, campaign strategy, onboarding, and ongoing management by a Valley account manager.
What You Lose Without Sales Navigator
On the 1-seat plan without Sales Nav:
No InMails. Can only send connection requests and messages to existing connections.
Reduced connection message length. Standard LinkedIn limits connection request notes to 200 characters (vs 300 with Sales Nav).
Standard LinkedIn limits. No access to advanced Sales Nav search filters.
For serious outreach, upgrade to a multi-seat plan or add Sales Nav to your single seat.
[INFO] LinkedIn still caps connection requests at approximately 500/month and InMails at ~100/month standard or 500-800/month with Sales Nav Advanced, regardless of your Valley plan. These are LinkedIn's limits, not Valley's.
Managing Your Subscription
View Your Plan
Go to Settings > Billing
You'll see your current plan, renewal date, and next invoice amount
View Invoices
You can request invoice PDFs through support
Update Payment Method
Go to Settings > Billing
Click Payment Method
Update credit card details
Save
Upgrading
Go to Settings > Billing
Click "Upgrade Plan"
Select your new plan
Review prorated charges (upgrades mid-month are prorated)
Confirm
Upgrades take effect immediately. You only pay for the remaining days at the new tier.
Downgrading
To downgrade, contact [email protected]. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal date.
Agency Pricing
Managing multiple client accounts? Valley offers agency pricing starting as low as $180/seat for volume.
