Import Products and Writing Styles from a CSV file
You can import Writing Styles and Products into Studio from a CSV file. Studio gives you a downloadable sample CSV so you can prepare your file in the right format and review its contents before anything is imported. Files exported from one workspace can be imported into another, so this is also the way to move Products and Writing Styles between workspaces or add several assets at once.
Import from a CSV file
Go to Studio and open the Products tab or the Writing Styles tab, depending on what you are importing
Download the sample CSV, or use a CSV file you exported from another workspace
Prepare your file using the sample as a guide
Choose the CSV import option and select your file
Review the contents before confirming
Confirm the import
Check the sample CSV before you build your file. It shows the contents Studio expects, so you can fix formatting issues before the import instead of after.
Move assets to another workspace
Exporting from one workspace and importing into another is the way to move Products and Writing Styles between workspaces. Export the assets from the source workspace, then follow the import steps above in the destination workspace using the exported file.
